Photo (playground equipment): Using grants funds from the PA Department of Conversation and Natural Resources, the Cumberland County Redevelopment Authority and private donations, the borough was able to purchase new play equipment from George Ely and Associates of Carlisle. A group of volunteers helped create the children's play area, thereby eliminating installation costs and enabling the borough to purchase additional play equipment.
