NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with the provisions of Section 265 of Title 65 of Purdon's Pennsylvania Statutes (Act 19 July, 1974, P.L. 486, No. 175, known as the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act), that meetings of the Newville Borough and the Newville Water and Sewer Authority will be held on the following dates and times at the Borough Building located at 4 West Street in Newville, PA 17241. Special meetings will be scheduled as required during the year to complete Borough business and they will be advertised in advance and in accordance with the Sunshine Act. If you are a person with a disability and you wish to attend any of the public meetings and you require an auxiliary aid, service or other accommodation to participate in the proceedings, please contact Sherry Hershey, Borough Secretary/Treasurer, at 776-7633 to discuss how the Borough may meet your needs.
